By using the Hostrina Kenya services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our set of legal documents and the terms contained herein, as well as all acceptable use policies incorporated by reference.

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is a key part of our Web Hosting Terms of Service. Any violation of this AUP will be treated as a breach of our terms and may lead to account suspension or termination.

1. System Abuse

Any attempt to compromise or interfere with our systems, networks, or other users is strictly prohibited. Violations may include unauthorized access, DDoS attacks, flooding, or sending harmful programs such as viruses or trojans.

Background processes such as IRC bots, BNC, or proxy scripts are not allowed on shared servers. Excessive resource usage that affects server performance will result in immediate suspension.

2. Spam and Spamvertising

SPAMMING IS PROHIBITED. Users may not use our services to send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages. This includes spamvertising or using third-party relays to promote hosted domains. Violations will lead to immediate suspension.

3. Inappropriate or Unlawful Content

Users may not host or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, obscene, promotes hate or violence, violates intellectual property, or includes pornographic material. Hostrina Kenya reserves the right to remove any content violating these standards.

4. Copyrights

Uploading copyrighted material without authorization is forbidden. Upon receipt of a copyright infringement report, Hostrina Kenya will investigate and, if confirmed, promptly remove the infringing material.

5. Corrective Actions

Hostrina Kenya reserves the right to determine the severity of each violation and take appropriate corrective measures, including account suspension or termination. Repeated violations may lead to permanent account closure.

6. Reporting Violations

If you suspect abuse or receive an attack from a Hostrina Kenya-hosted domain, please contact us immediately at support@hostrina.com or call 0706 717 188. Our team will promptly investigate and take necessary action.

7. Revisions

Hostrina Kenya reserves the right to revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage users to review it periodically for updates.
